A new immersive experience venue serving cocktails and puzzles to be solved has opened up in Colchester today (April 10). Escape Hunt offers guests three types of immersive experiences and has a bar and lounge area.
Puzzle-lovers can choose from three types of experience at the new venue: an escape room, a city hunt, or an immersive experience to play at home. The central location off of Culver Street East also has a cocktail bar and a lounge area for guests.
Announcing the opening online, Colchester City Council said: “Featuring five immersive worlds like fantastic mini film sets. No spoilers in our pics though… you’ll have to visit to find out!
“Located in the recently developed St Nicholas Square, Escape Hunt is bigger than it looks! All the action takes place on the first floor, with a spacious bar and lounge area to complement the escape rooms themselves. There are even some fun themed cocktails available to add to your experience!”
They added: “Best of luck to the team with their opening. We’re delighted to have such a great new venue in the city!”
