Police still hunting 10 twisted men who gang raped woman in Leeds home

Date:

Cleveland Wyatt has been jailed for arranging the horrendous ordeal

Police are still on the hunt for 10 men who took part in a humiliating and degrading gang rape.

The incident was arranged by sick Cleveland Wyatt, 62. Leeds Crown Court heard that Wyatt, who was jailed for 21 years on Thursday, had raped the woman himself on multiple occasions, even placating her and her partner with crack cocaine so he could carry out his sick crimes.

In September or October 2022, Wyatt arranged for 10 men to attend his home and gang rape the woman. During the terrifying incident, the woman, who cried, was again given drugs and forced to wear a ball gag and urinate in a bucket in the room.

Prosecutor Nick Adlington told the court the men then called her a “mucky bum” and a “b****” before she was given crack cocaine by Wyatt once again. The prosecutor said: “She made it clear she did not want to have sex and cried. She stated it went on until 5am.”

When the incident finally came to an end, the court head the men then threw money at the woman in another sickening act of degradation. Wyatt collected the cash and “congratulated” her on making some “good money.”

Following a trial last month, Wyatt was found guilty of one count of rape relating to one occasion, and a count of rape relating to multiple incidents as well as two counts of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.

In a victim personal statement read to the court, the woman told how she is still suffering the emotional and physical impacts of Wyatt’s horrendous offending, including a lack of bladder control.

Following the sentencing, West Yorkshire Police said the men who took part in the incident have still not been identified. A spokesperson for the force said: “Despite extensive enquiries, officers were unable to identify the other men involved in the offences.”

“Detectives would still welcome any new information that could assist in identifying the other men involved and ask that anyone contact them via 101.”
