Ex-inmate who served in Ian Huntley's jail names three monsters who are 'next'

Former HMP Frankland inmate Ricky Killeen has named three prisoners he believes could be targeted for attacks similar to Ian Huntley, who died following a brutal prison assault

A former prisoner who was held in the same ‘Monster Mansion’ as Soham murderer Ian Huntley has identified three additional inmates who he thinks could be targeted next

Huntley is set to be cremated in the coming days following his death after a prison assault at HMP Frankland which left him blind and unrecognisable.

Now, Ricky Killeen, who previously served time at Frankland for his involvement in a machete attack, reckons further brutal deaths could happen behind bars. Ricky currently runs Behind Bars TV where he obtains information from within UK prisons, and in his most recent video he discussed “the three I think are the most likely targets”.

Before identifying the three, he explained that prison killings are typically carried out by inmates serving life without parole who have “nothing to lose” and seek to achieve some notoriety.

He told his 131,000 subscribers: “That is what these horrible creatures crave, they crave the notoriety, they crave the notoriety from the crimes that they committed in the first place, so now that they are in prison, and they see other prisoners getting the notoriety, they are wanting a piece of it themselves.”

Wayne Couzens

Wayne Couzens killed Sarah Everard five years ago and the ex-police officer is allegedly housed on the same VP (vulnerable person) wing where Huntley was stationed prior to his attack.

Speaking about the prisoner, Ricky remarked: “Wayne Couzens is one of the ones who I think is a number one target to be offed inside of prison, for the simple fact that he is an ex-copper – and when he abducted Sarah Everard off the street, took her away, murdered her in the most horrible, disgusting way, then obviously raped her while he was murdering her, what an absolute monster.

“Coppers in prison, coppers like him, are a target anyway.”

Ricky also alleged Couzens had been requesting additional protection, and last month a source informed The Sun: “He’s petrified. He’s told people he fears he’ll be next and is the number one target now after the Huntley attack.”

Prior to the Huntley killing, Ricky further claimed that Couzens would “swagger” around the wing while attempting to instruct officers.

Mark Bridger

Thirteen years have passed since callous Mark Bridger kidnapped and killed five year old April Jones. Ricky reckons he remains a prominent target for inmate vigilantes in another ‘Monster Mansion’ facility – HMP Wakefield.

He stated: “[Bridger] has been attacked on a couple of occasions, but not very seriously, he is definitely a target.”

Ricky continued: “So Mark Bridger, who murdered that five-year-old innocent little girl, and her remains have never been found, that horrible… I will keep my words civilised.”

While her body was never located, fragments of her remains were discovered in Bridger’s residence, and April’s older sister recently discussed the tragedy. Hazel Jones, 31, recounted her final moments with April to the MailOnline, saying: “She was in the kitchen, she was with my dad and they were making hot chocolate, and laughing. She was wearing army pyjamas.”

She went on to say: “But that was the last time I ever saw her. But I wish I knew that was the last time. I wish I knew that was going to be my last ever time having a normal life.”

Roy Whiting

Roy Whiting is currently serving a life sentence at Wakefield Prison following his conviction for the murder of eight-year-old Sarah Payne in 2000.

Turning his attention to the convicted killer, Ricky stated: “The next one who has been attacked on a few serious occasions is Roy Whiting.

“Roy Whiting is an absolute beast, predator, despicable, horrible wrong-un. I’ve spoken about him previously getting attacked on a few different occasions, but Roy Whiting will eventually be offed.

“He will be a target inside of that prison [HMP Wakefield]. They are hunting him down.”

Elaborating further on his remarks, he continued: “What I mean is inside the minds, inside the minds of some of these killers inside of prison who are not getting released.

“They are hunting these despicable wrong-uns down inside their minds. They’re planning things. They’ve got things running through their minds. They are thinking how they can do it.”

Ricky named several other notorious inmates, but suggested that, for a number of security reasons, they were unlikely to be targeted. However, regarding those mentioned above, he concluded: “These are the three that I think are the most high profile to be attacked.”
