Police were out in force to make arrests after an aggravated burglary in Bordesley Green on Monday. Now four have been charged
A boy of 16 is among four charged after an aggravated burglary in Birmingham this week.
A police helicopter, along with traffic and response units, were out in force in Bordesley Green shortly after the incident on Monday, March 30.
The four, aged between 16 and 21, were arrested and charged and will appear in court tomorrow, April 2.

A 16-year-old boy, who can’t be named for legal reasons, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and aggravated burglary with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm.
He was also charged with aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving and having no licence or insurance.

A 17-year-old boy, who also can’t be named for legal reasons, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, aggravated burglary with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, aggravated vehicle taking and vehicle damage.
Jaydon Gayle, aged 19, from Birmingham, was charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, aggravated burglary with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, aggravated vehicle taking and vehicle damage.
Izrael Ward, aged 21, from Birmingham, was charged with aggravated burglary with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, aggravated vehicle taking, vehicle damage, having no licence and no insurance.
All four will appear at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Thursday, for a first hearing.

West Midlands Police said: “We’ve arrested and charged four people in relation to an aggravated burglary in Birmingham.
“The charges relate to an incident on Monday (30 March) in Bordesley Green where shortly after response officers assisted by our traffic team and the police helicopter made arrests.”
